Storrs Mill
This former Sheffield Mill dates back to the 1700’s and has now been converted into a significant, architecturally designed 5 bedroom family home. ME Projects carried out a full design and build, M&E installation working alongside HCC Construction. Our installation consisted underfloor heating, MVHR, EV charging point and LED Lighting throughout.
Woburn Close
ME Projects are delighted to have completed the Mechanical & Electrical installation at Woburn Close, Blackwell, a flagship Bolsover Homes development delivered for Bolsover District Council. The scheme has transformed the site into a modern, energy-efficient residential community, providing high-quality affordable homes and a new independent living facility for local residents.
Having been involved from the early design stages, we worked closely with Bolsover District Council and the wider project team to develop practical, efficient M&E solutions that supported the project's objectives. The collaborative approach throughout design and construction helped deliver another successful scheme that we're proud to add to our growing portfolio.
Wartnaby Barn
Located in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside is this barn like new build home that is a bespoke design with some of the latest energy efficient M&E services.
With underfloor heating throughout fed by 2 air source heat pumps, a whole home mechanical heat recovery ventilation system and full Control4 home automation system, this stunning property is as energy efficient as it is beautifully designed.
Manor Farm Barn
A stunning architect-designed barn conversion in the conservation village of Orston. This home features vaulted ceilings, a spacious open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, four double bedrooms (two en-suites), and a snug/playroom. Set on a generous plot, it includes energy efficient underfloor heating throughout fed via air source heat pump, EV charging points and LED lighting throughout.
Bolsover Homes
ME Projects Ltd have assisted in the completion of 67 energy efficient houses and bungalows, built to meet the 'lifetime homes' standard, with a further 100+ units in the pipeline.
Saundby Avenue
The pilot scheme for Mansfield District Council includes building 4no. 3 bedroom semi detached homes, to Passivhaus design.
Lullington Road
These 6no. new build semi detached were built to high environmental standards in partnership with GF Tomlinson for South Derbyshire District Council.
Manor Drive
The first project in a programme of works for Chesterfield Borough Council, consisting of 4no. homes, each containing increased levels of insulation throughout and electric vehicle charging points.
Commercial Projects
We provide in house M&E design for commercial projects ranging in value from £20k to £2 million. Utilising directly employed labour, site management and support services, we deliver high quality installations complemented by innovative design and careful cost management.
