Commercial Projects
We provide in house M&E design for commercial projects ranging in value from £20k to £2 million. Utilising directly employed labour, site management and support services, we deliver high quality installations complemented by innovative design and careful cost management. This is what ensures clients and main contractors will use ME Projects time and time again.
Domestic Projects
Whether it be a multi year Framework project for a local authority, or a bespoke build private residence, ME Projects pride ourselves on providing the same excellent level of service and attention to detail. We have vast experience in traditional gas boiler heating systems and also the 2025 building regs compliant installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and MVHR systems.

Woodland Explorer Lodge, Sherwood Forest
This brand-new and unique accommodation type designed to captivate little imaginations whilst providing a stylish décor.
A first of it’s kind at Center Parcs, this lodge is fitted with an Air Source Heat Pump heating and hot water solution as well as unique LED lighting installations.
Wartnaby Barn
Located in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside is this barn like new build home that is a bespoke design with some of the latest energy efficient M&E services.
With underfloor heating throughout fed by 2 air source heat pumps, a whole home mechanical heat recovery ventilation system and full Control4 home automation system, this stunning property is as energy efficient as it is beautifully designed.
Percy Picklebackers Dive Bar
Working in partnership with Trusted Technology limited, ME Projects Ltd provided a bespoke lighting scheme and all the required power and data supplies for this 'Americanish' dive bar.
South Notts Academy
This £2.6 million new build school building is designed to provide the required extra capacity and enhanced student experience at South Nottinghamshire Academy in Radcliffe-on-Trent.
Castle College
ME Projects provided a full Mechanical & Electrical installation for the refurbishment of the large disused college building.
Abbey Grove
ME Projects supplied this 52-apartment care facility with new LED lighting and control systems, CHP unit, small power services, data infrastructure, ventilation, fire & security systems and nurse call system.
County House
County House in Mansfield, which houses the registry office, underwent a six-month refurbishment starting November 1, 2022. The £1.4 million refurbishment included improved mechanical and electrical systems, as well as general improvements to the building. ME Projects provided a full M&E design & build package for main contractor GF Tomlinson which included upgrades to the LED lighting as well as Heating and cooling upgrades.
Bolsover Homes
ME Projects Ltd have assisted in the completion of 67 energy efficient houses and bungalows, built to meet the 'lifetime homes' standard, with a further 100+ units in the pipeline.
Saundby Avenue
The pilot scheme for Mansfield District Council includes building 4no. 3 bedroom semi detached homes, to Passivhaus design.
Lullington Road
These 6no. new build semi detached were built to high environmental standards in partnership with GF Tomlinson for South Derbyshire District Council.
Manor Drive
The first project in a programme of works for Chesterfield Borough Council, consisting of 4no. homes, each containing increased levels of insulation throughout and electric vehicle charging points.
