Woburn Close in Blackwell Completed
ME Projects are proud to have completed the Mechanical & Electrical installation at Woburn Close, Blackwell, a flagship Bolsover Homes development delivered on behalf of Bolsover District Council. The redevelopment has transformed the former site into a modern community, providing a mix of high-quality affordable homes and a new independent living scheme designed to meet the needs of local residents for many years to come.
One of the key successes of this project was our early involvement in the design process. By working collaboratively with Bolsover District Council, the design team and the wider project delivery team from the outset, we were able to develop practical, cost-effective M&E solutions that supported the project's quality, sustainability and programme objectives. This collaborative approach continued throughout construction, resulting in a smooth delivery and another successful project that we're proud to have been part of.
